Banana Date Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 Medjoul dates, pitted
1 banana, fresh or frozen
½ cup low fat 1% milk
¼ cup plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
½ Tbsp hemp seeds
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. The dates take some time to blend, so give it an extra minute. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
