Peaches and Cream Smoothie

I love ice cream, so I use frozen fruit in this smoothie to give it a milkshake like quality that feels like a guilty pleasure.

Ingredients:

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk, 1%
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen peaches
2 tsp of honey

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk for a thinner smoothie. Makes 1 serving.
