• ¼ cup of baby spinach
• ¼ cup of carrots, shredded
• 3 oz or 1/3 cup of cooked, diced chicken breast
• 2 Tbsp blue cheese crumbles
• 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
• 1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
• 1 Tsp of balsamic vinegar
• ½ Tsp olive oil

Directions
• Combine all the ingredients together
