Infinite Sports World Yoga focuses on core strength and flexibility. A strong emphasis on flexibility for athletes and people wanting to stay injury free and lead a healthy lifestyle. Yoga will challenge the core and upper body. There will also be an increase in mind and body connection. Becoming aware of the breath and working with the body and mind to decrease stress. We currently offer individual, group and team yoga programs. Join our amazing yoga instructor, Mallory McKee, in the beautiful discipline of health and relaxation.

Mallory McKee, ISW's Certified Yoga Instructor, was a multi-sport athlete who found a love of soccer at an early age. Playing soccer for Westside High School prepared her to accept a soccer scholarship to Iowa Western. In 2010, she competed with the Reiver Women at the NJCAA National tournament placing 5th. After completing her competitive soccer career she found her second love, yoga. Having practiced on and off throughout her high school and college career she became a devoted yogi in 2014. In March 2016, she answered the calling to teach and became a certified yoga instructor through Lotus House of Yoga and Yoga Alliance. She loves to help athletes connect their breath with their movement and teach athletes how to slow down even while competing in a fast-paced environment.

INDIVIDUAL

ISW Individual Yoga Sessions are for those athletes looking to have a private one on one session with our Certified Yoga Instructor. All sessions will be at ISW Athletic Facility.

One 60 Minute Session = $50

Eight 60 Minute Sessions = $360

Four 60 Minute Sessions = $190
