What Parents Need to Know About Preparing Their Athletes for College
Becky Sanow is an expert in preparing young athletes to excel at the collegiate level. Her unique approach to helping athletes achieve their optimal levels of greatness has been proven. As a former collegiate All-American, Professional Athlete in two sports and Division 1 Collegiate Soccer Coach for 10 years, she has the experience to help athletes excel in all areas that are critical when getting recruited to play at the next level. Becky has instructed on the field coaching as well as sports psychology lesson at various coaching clinics around the country. Additionally, she provides first-hand perspective having been a collegiate coach herself to guide athletes in the recruiting process. She believes that athletes need to be more prepared for the next level of play and has dedicated herself to assisting the athlete not only with the recruiting process, but preparing them for the next level. Her background in Sports Psychology and Athletic Performance and Nutrition enables her to educate players to reach their maximum potential, achieve their best on the field performances as well as grow off the field with mindset skills and preparation for the next level demands.
