Well Together Family Makeover

Is your family on the same page when it comes to eating healthy and exercising? If not, Niki’s “Well Together Family Makeover” provides a solid foundation to make change as a family towards better health. To achieve success, this 9-week program must be a family effort, meaning all family members (both parents and all children) must attend EVERY session.

The program includes:

• A copy of the “Eat Right for Life The Family Plan” book for each adult participant.

• Three 1-hour sessions. These fun, weekly sessions will provide a comfortable, structured place to discuss the nutrition information from the book, evaluation of your family’s needs, and then goal setting to apply the nutrition information to your home environment all with Niki’s assistance.

• One home visit – Niki will come to your house and personally answer questions about the food you have at home and provide information and suggestions for healthy substitutes that appeal to everyone in the family.

• Well Together time. Families will work on their own during this time to keep achieving their set goals. Weekly e-mail/phone contact will be maintained as well as assigned reading from the book for more education and reinforcement.

• Final Family Evaluation and Celebration. This final session will include time to reflect on your family’s success and work out any final kinks to your new “Well Together” plan. Families receive a Certification of Achievement, a 3-month 20% discount for all ISW services if established family goals are accomplished, and if desired, a family picture will be posted on the ISW website and Facebook page to show your family is officially, “Well Together”!
