The human body is a remarkable machine that requires activity to keep it functioning properly and to encourage it to work more efficiently. ISW Performance is designed to provide a solid foundation for former, current, and future athletes in a group training environment for adult and youth athletes.

Strength & Conditioning is designed for kids age 11-18. It's a general conditioning program to introduce young athletes to structured workouts.

Plyo Plus
The best athletes take time to train their explosiveness, speed, acceleration, and ability to change direction to put them multiple literal steps ahead of their competition during a game. Plyo Plus class brings these same training models and techniques to any athlete looking to improve their overall abilities.

Plyo Plus will focus on plyometrics, speed, and agility training by working through proper warm ups, activation modalities, core stability, range of motion, and recovery processes. This class is designed for athletes age 11-18 and works complimentary to any current strength and conditioning programs the athlete may be involved with.
