ATHLETICA Rx develops an athletes MIND, BODY and SPIRIT through PERFORMANCE, PSYCHOLOGICAL and NUTRITIONAL training.

PHASE 1

BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH AND FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT

Before you can ever reach your full potential you must first learn how to move correctly. Any good strength and conditioning specialist worth his salt will teach an athlete proper movement mechanics before anything else. In the first phase, you will learn the 7 fundamental movement patterns of human beings. You will learn these through repetition of bodyweight movements. You will build your strength with the two tools that God has granted to all of us your body and gravity. As you become proficient at each one of the 7 fundamental movements, you will be challenged with different levels instability and coordination to challenge your core and neuromuscular system.

PHASE 2

POWER AND AGILITY

Now that you are strong, and have a foundation I will take your workouts to the highest level. These workouts will prepare you for competition, whether that is at the beach, a high school reunion, or against a worthy adversary. At this point, you are becoming a fitness fan, the way you approach your workouts changes. You are determined to finish, confident you can, and built for the challenge. You will begin to look forward to the workload, and find solace in the fact that because you stayed on course, put in the hard work, and did the uncomfortable you are closer to your dreams. PHASE 3

STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

Now that you have learned how to move properly and developed your coordination, I will focus on developing your strength. I believe that no matter what you do for a living, as a hobby, or for competition – everyone needs to develop a certain level of strength. You need this strength to endure the rigors of the day and make it home safely to your family. At this time your program becomes specific to your endeavors. At this point in your journey we begin to develop your athletic spirit. You will compete weekly against random clients around the U.S. to provide you with a measuring stick for your own progress and to encourage you competitive spirit. As we focus on developing your strength, we will also intensify our focus on flexibility and mobility. These workouts will be centered around strength movements and followed by a cardio intensifier.

PREMIER

Athletica Rx Premier Program is designed for the retired athlete or weekend warrior that wants to stay in shape and feel their best, but has no desire to compete. This program offers workouts that will challenge you to be better but won’t leave you on the trainer’s table for the next few days. This program is best suited for those wanting to lose weight, build strength, improve their quality of life, and be prepared for the spontaneity of life. Program includes:
